Integrating 3D stockpile model including Stacking and Reclaiming using Real-time volumetric inventory to predict out load quality based on simulated reclaim operations for 3 Stackers, 3 Reclaimers, and 3 Stockyard Rows for the Coal Processing Plant.
The QMS can report the aggregated quality of a stockpile, grouped in terms of the source trains, the product types, or the time when the product was stacked onto the stockpile.
This way the customer can make intelligent decisions when reclaiming and loading trains to provide their clients with the product that they desire.
