MOBILE MACHINE UPGRADES

SG Controls have been awarded multiple contracts to undertake mobile machine upgrades at RTIO, BHP and FMG Mine sites in the Pilbara, WA. The various project scopes comprised predominantly of stackers

The contracts included, but were not limited to:

  1. Controls design and engineering
  2. Hardware and Software Selection
  3. Development of PLC and SCADA Software
  4. RIO cubicle design and engineering
  5. Re-configure and validate ACS / SMS systems
  6. FAT, SAT and Commissioning
  7. Supply of all reports, diagrams, drawings and documents
